Kompetenzen Technologies is founded in Kochi, Kerala. We launch with a single classroom and a dedicated mission: offering premium career-readiness consulting and mentoring to fresh engineering graduates.
Recognizing that coding skills alone aren't enough, we launch the Finishing School program. Focused on communication, corporate groomings, and mock interviews, our placement rate jumps to 90% as we cross 500 successful student placements.
We completely refresh our Tech School curricula. Kompetenzen becomes the first academy in Kerala to integrate Generative AI, prompt engineering, and n8n workflow automation directly into Full Stack Java and Python development tracks.
We celebrate 2,000+ placements with over 120 hiring partners. We operate from a new, state-of-the-art training campus in Kochi, helping students build resumes, network with recruiters, and land high-paying roles daily.
No outdated college syllabus. We build courses in direct collaboration with tech hiring partners, ensuring you learn Spring Boot, React, and GenAI tools that are actively used in production today.
